Remember Your Customers This Holiday

Winter berriesThis year I recommend that, in addition to your family and friends, you send holiday greeting cards to your customers, downline and prospects. And I don’t mean e-cards. Real cards signed by you, with postage stamps and delivered by the mailman. It really goes a long way towards building long lasting relationships and fostering goodwill. The holidays are a great time to express your appreciation for your customers’ business all year long. You’ll find sending cards both personally rewarding and practical.

Remember, it’s more cost effective to build relationships with current loyal customers than to find new ones. Increase your customer retention rate by doing the little things that make a big difference.

Show you care and spread holiday cheer – it doesn’t get much better than that.
